Rhubarb and Rose Spritz, by Abingdon Distillery

Ingredients

50ml rhubarb and rose liqueur
75ml dry prosecco
50ml soda water

To Garnish

Fresh sliced apple

Method

Build all the ingredients together in the above order in a large wine glass or highball with plenty of ice. Garnish and serve.
