Enjoy family fun at Cogges Manor Farm, open daily until 29 of October*. Say hello to the friendly goats, Cotswold sheep, Shetland ponies, chickens, and ducks, with 'Meet the Animals' sessions at weekends, 11am & 2pm. Explore the Manor House, orchard and grounds, or take a tour of ‘Yew Tree Farm’ where Downton Abbey was filmed. Stop for lunch or seasonal treats at Cogges Kitchen Café and browse the gift shop.
See 'What Cogges Means to You' exhibition in the Manor House in September. Read memories of Cogges past to present, gathered during the ‘Witney Remembers’ oral history project, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Why not share your stories on the Memory Tree, or on social media #MyCogges #WhatCoggesMeansToMe? From October, you can see the beautiful Cogges Tapestry showing panels depicting life at Cogges, created by local community groups with volunteers from Cogges craft team.
